Consumers: Small Business Storefront Evaluation

We are running a paid study to evaluate the design and usability of a digital small business storefront. Getting the online shopping experience right is critical for local brands trying to reach new customers. Your input will directly influence how products and information are organized on the page.

You will join a remote session to review a digital storefront prototype. We will ask you to navigate through various product categories and evaluate the overall layout. During the process, you will share your thoughts aloud regarding what works well and what feels confusing. Finally, you will answer a few wrap-up questions about your likelihood to shop with this business based on the design.

We are looking for everyday consumers who regularly shop online for local or boutique products. You should be comfortable navigating new websites and articulating your opinions clearly. We welcome frequent online shoppers, small business supporters, and anyone who enjoys discovering new brands online.
