Terac Experts: 15-Minute Interview on Platform Experience

We're running a paid study on the user experience of our own platform to understand what works well and what needs improvement. This research feeds directly into our product roadmap, ensuring we build tools that make your expert engagements smoother. Your honest feedback helps us prioritize the right feature updates for our community.

You will join a 15-minute remote video call with members of our internal product team. We will ask you about your recent experiences using the platform, from onboarding to completing research sessions. You will walk us through any pain points you have encountered and react to a few early ideas for upcoming features. The conversation is strictly focused on your firsthand usage and workflow preferences.

We are looking for active experts who have recently participated in research sessions on Terac. We welcome professionals from all industries and specializations as long as you have firsthand experience navigating our tools. If you have clear opinions on what would make your platform experience better, you are a great fit for this discussion.

• Highlight specific pain points or friction in your current workflow
• Provide constructive feedback on how we can improve our expert tools

• Active expert participant on the Terac platform
• Recent experience completing at least one research study or interview
• Comfortable providing candid, constructive feedback on software tools
• Able to join a remote video call from a quiet environment

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
