Business Banking Administrators: Feedback on User Management Workflows

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day administrative tools found in commercial banking software. Efficient user management is critical for financial security and operational flow within any business. Your feedback helps us understand where current platform designs succeed and where they create friction for administrators.

You will complete a short, self-guided usability session from your desktop computer. The task involves sharing your screen while navigating a few proposed workflows for managing account users. You will answer a set of specific questions about the interface and have the opportunity to share open-ended thoughts on your experience. The entire session takes approximately eight minutes to finish.

This study is designed for professionals who actively manage users, permissions, or access on a business banking platform. We welcome finance managers, corporate treasury administrators, banking platform managers, and accounting leads. You must have hands-on experience handling administrative rights for corporate or small business accounts.

• Navigate through a series of user management tasks on a provided banking interface
• Share your screen from a desktop computer while completing the workflow
• Answer targeted questions about your administrative experience and the platform
• Provide candid feedback on what works well and what could be improved

• Active experience managing user access on a business banking platform
• Comfortable sharing your desktop screen during an independent task
• Familiarity with assigning permissions and handling administrative controls
• Ability to articulate usability feedback clearly

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
