Freelance Business Owners: Paid Interview on Klaviyo Workflows

We're running a paid study on the email marketing workflows of independent business owners. Our goal is to understand how freelancers leverage advanced automation and segmentation features to drive client engagement. This research feeds directly into improving the user experience for solopreneurs managing complex campaigns.

You will participate in a remote, AI-moderated video interview focused on your daily marketing stack. During the session, you will walk us through your typical process for building and launching campaigns in Klaviyo. We will ask you to describe recent challenges you have faced with list management or complex automation rules. Finally, you will provide feedback on your overall experience managing a business while acting as a power user of the platform.

We are looking for self-employed freelancers and business owners who actively manage their own marketing operations. Ideal candidates are Klaviyo power users with hands-on experience building complex flows and segmenting audiences. We welcome independent consultants, agency owners, ecommerce solopreneurs, and freelance marketers who rely on advanced email strategies.

• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
