General Consumers: Feedback on Digital Experiences
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on everyday user experiences with digital products and services. Your insights will help us understand how people navigate common tasks and what makes an experience intuitive. We rely on candid feedback from real users to guide our product development process.
You will complete a brief set of simple tasks on your own device while sharing your thoughts aloud. We will ask you to navigate through a few scenarios and answer related questions about your experience. The session is fully remote and allows you to provide open, honest feedback on what works well and what could be improved. You will guide us through your typical decision-making process as you interact with the material.
We welcome everyday consumers and professionals who are comfortable sharing their opinions openly. You should be familiar with basic digital navigation and willing to articulate your thoughts as you complete short tasks. No specialized technical background is required to participate.
