Online Shoppers: Usability Review of a Tech Accessory Store

We're running a paid study on the shopping experience of a low-cost tech accessory store. Our goal is to identify high-impact changes that improve customer trust and streamline the purchasing journey. The insights gathered will directly inform updates to the storefront design and the overall user experience.

You will perform a guided review of a live tech accessory website from your remote desktop. We will ask you to navigate through various product pages and the initial checkout flow to evaluate site usability. During the session, you will share your screen and verbalize your reactions to the store's layout, trust signals, and navigation. You will not be required to make a purchase, enter payment details, or provide personal information at any point.

We are looking for frequent online shoppers and e-commerce consumers who are comfortable navigating digital storefronts. You should have recent experience browsing or purchasing electronics and tech accessories online. We welcome general consumers, regular digital shoppers, and individuals with a critical eye for website usability.
