Quantum Computing Experts: Review an Introductory Exam
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on the quality and accuracy of introductory quantum computing assessments. It is critical that foundational concepts like superposition, entanglement, and logic gates are tested correctly and without ambiguity. This work feeds directly into improving technical education materials and rubrics for new quantum developers.
During an AI-moderated interview, you will review a structured file containing exam questions, distractors, and grading rubrics. You will evaluate multiple-choice options for technical accuracy and ensure that all incorrect choices are unambiguous. Additionally, you will verify Qiskit code prompts and suggest edge cases for existing test suites. Finally, you will provide verbal feedback on the overall difficulty and clarity of the exam material.
We are seeking quantum computing educators, researchers, and software engineers with a strong grasp of quantum information fundamentals. You must be comfortable writing and reviewing quantum circuits using Qiskit. We welcome quantum computing curriculum developers, academic instructors, and practicing quantum developers.
- Audit multiple-choice options for technical correctness and clear distractors
- Verify the logic and syntax of Qiskit code snippets used in exam prompts
- Review and improve grading rubrics for short-answer questions
- Suggest edge cases and additional test parameters for circuit evaluation
- Professional or academic experience in quantum computing
- Familiarity with fundamental quantum concepts like entanglement and Pauli gates
- Hands-on experience writing quantum circuits using Qiskit
- Comfortable evaluating ambiguous technical language in test questions
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
- Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- Payment is issued as soon as your work is approved.
- We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
