Personal Lines Insurance Agents: Renters Policy Comparison Workflow

We're running a paid study on the methodologies used to compare and evaluate personal lines insurance policies. Understanding how professionals navigate different coverage options helps us improve the tools they use every day. This research directly informs how quote comparison systems present critical policy differences to clients.

You will complete a written methodology guide detailing your approach to personal lines policy comparison. Next, you will record a 30-45 minute narrated screen-share video demonstrating an end-to-end renters insurance quote comparison. This recording will focus on a specific client scenario based in Chicago to provide context for your workflow choices. Finally, you will submit both the written guide and the recording for our team to review.

We are looking for licensed insurance agents, brokers, and analysts who regularly handle personal lines coverage. We welcome independent brokers, captive agents, and insurance specialists who frequently guide clients through renters insurance options. You should be highly comfortable articulating your decision-making process while navigating quoting platforms.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
