Knowledge Workers: Survey on Modern Workplace Communication Tools

We're running a paid study on how teams utilize modern workplace communication and productivity platforms. Understanding these digital habits helps improve the tools that drive daily collaboration. You will complete a 10-15 minute remote survey detailing your experience with various productivity applications. The questions will ask you to evaluate the software you currently use for team communication and project management. You will share specific examples of how these tools integrate into your daily routine. Finally, you will rate different features based on how well they support your overall professional workflow.

We are looking for knowledge workers and professionals who rely heavily on digital communication platforms for their daily tasks. We welcome remote workers, hybrid employees, and on-site staff who coordinate with teams using modern software. Ideal candidates are comfortable articulating the strengths and weaknesses of their current productivity stack.
