You will participate in a 30-minute asynchronous AI-moderated interview from your desktop or mobile device. During the session, you will be asked a series of targeted questions about your day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making processes. You will record your responses via voice or text, allowing you to elaborate on specific challenges you face. The AI moderator will dynamically adjust follow-up questions based on the details you provide.

We are hiring senior professionals currently working in leadership roles within the insurance industry. We welcome directors, vice presidents, C-level executives, and operational heads across various insurance domains. Candidates should have hands-on experience guiding strategic initiatives and managing operational workflows.
