Finance and Legal Professionals: Interview on Tech Purchasing

We're running a paid study on how technology is evaluated and purchased within specialized professional services. We want to understand the unique challenges that finance and legal firms face when adopting new software. Your insights will help map the decision-making lifecycle from initial evaluation to final approval.

You will participate in a 45-minute remote video interview from your desktop computer. During the call, we will ask you to walk through a recent technology purchase your firm made. You will detail the evaluation process, the stakeholders involved, and the criteria used to make the final decision. We will also discuss the general workflows you use to assess software vendors.

This study is designed for professionals working in the finance and legal sectors who have a hand in technology purchasing. We welcome managing partners, operations directors, IT leads, and senior associates who evaluate software tools for their practices. You should be comfortable discussing internal evaluation processes and vendor selection criteria.
