LASIK Patients: Written Interview on Recovery and Outcomes

We're running a paid study on the patient experience during and after LASIK eye surgery. Our goal is to map out common recovery timelines, post-operative symptoms, and overall satisfaction with the procedure. The information you provide will help build a better understanding of real-world patient outcomes.

You will participate in a brief, remote written interview about your personal journey with LASIK. We will ask you to describe your initial consultation, the day of the procedure, and your immediate recovery phase. You will also answer questions about any side effects you experienced and how your vision has stabilized over time. The entire task can be completed asynchronously from your desktop or mobile device.

We are seeking individuals who have personally undergone LASIK surgery and can clearly recall the details of their recovery. We welcome patients with varying degrees of post-operative success, whether your recovery was entirely smooth or involved unexpected complications. If you have firsthand experience navigating the healing process after refractive eye surgery, we want to hear your perspective.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
