RevOps Professionals: Interview on Revenue Pipeline Workflows

We're running a paid study on the methodologies and tools used to assess revenue pipelines. Understanding these workflows helps us identify common friction points and best practices in revenue operations. Your insights will directly inform our evaluation of current industry standards.

You will participate in a remote video interview to discuss your approach to revenue pipeline assessment. We will ask you to walk us through your typical workflow, including the metrics you track and the tools you rely on. You will also react to a few hypothetical pipeline scenarios and explain how you would handle them. The conversation is designed to be a straightforward discussion about your day-to-day operational realities.

We are looking for active RevOps professionals who directly manage or assess revenue pipelines. We welcome Revenue Operations Managers, RevOps Analysts, Sales Operations Leaders, and adjacent roles involved in pipeline forecasting. You should be comfortable discussing your operational strategies and the software tools you use daily.

• Walk us through your step-by-step process for evaluating a revenue pipeline
• Describe the metrics and signals you use to assess pipeline health
• Explain how you integrate various tools into your daily RevOps workflow
• Discuss recent challenges you have faced when forecasting or managing revenue data

• Currently working in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related field
• Hands-on experience assessing and managing revenue pipelines
• Familiarity with standard CRM and forecasting tools used in RevOps
• Comfortable discussing your professional workflows during a remote video call

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
