Accounts Payable Professionals: Evaluating Supplier Invoices

We are running a paid study on accounts payable workflows and supplier compliance. Evaluating invoices with missing documentation is a core part of financial operations, and we want to understand how professionals handle these edge cases. Your insights will help us map the real-world friction of supplier onboarding and payment approvals.

During this remote interview, you will review a few common billing scenarios involving missing tax records. You will evaluate simulated supplier invoices and explain whether you would pay, reject, or flag them for further review. We will ask you to walk us through the specific compliance steps you take when a supplier lacks documentation. The session is fully remote and relies on screen sharing to view the mock invoices.

We welcome Accounts Payable specialists, bookkeepers, accountants, and finance managers who handle day-to-day invoice processing. You should have direct experience managing supplier onboarding and verifying tax documentation before authorizing payments. Professionals who regularly deal with compliance checks and payment exceptions are ideal for this research.

• Active role in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, or corporate finance
