We're running a paid study on digital resources designed to help small companies navigate employee benefits. Offering a retirement plan is a major milestone for growing businesses, but the evaluation process can be highly complex. Your input will help us refine these online tools to better serve companies exploring their options.

During a remote session, you will review early concepts for an online retirement plan evaluation tool. We will ask you to navigate through the interface while sharing your screen and thinking aloud. You will then answer specific questions about the clarity of the information and how well it matches your real-world decision process. Finally, we will gather your overall impressions on how these tools could be improved for small businesses.

We are looking for professionals who are involved in selecting or managing benefits for a small company. We welcome small business owners, HR managers, operations directors, and finance leads. Ideal candidates have recent experience exploring or implementing retirement plans for their teams.
