Marketing Professionals: Screen Recording of Klaviyo Workflows

We're running a paid study on marketing automation platforms and campaign construction. We want to see how professionals actually use these tools to build, manage, and optimize their daily marketing flows. This helps us understand real-world campaign logistics and software usability.

You will complete an asynchronous screen-recorded task on your desktop computer. During the session, you will pull up a Klaviyo workflow you have built or currently manage. You will talk through your setup process, explain your routing logic, and highlight any pain points along the way. The entire process is self-paced and requires you to share both your screen and voice.

We are looking for marketing professionals who actively use Klaviyo for their email or SMS campaigns. We welcome digital marketers, email marketing specialists, CRM managers, and growth marketers. You should be comfortable navigating the platform and explaining your strategic choices while recording your screen.

• Record a brief video navigating through your marketing automation platform
• Walk us through a specific Klaviyo workflow you have built or currently manage
• Explain the strategic logic behind your campaign triggers and audience segments
• Describe any friction points or features you rely on heavily during setup

• Active marketing professional working with digital campaigns
• Hands-on experience building and managing workflows in Klaviyo
• Comfortable recording your screen and providing voiceover commentary
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer with a working microphone

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
