General Users: Feedback on Digital Product Concepts

We're running a paid study on user experiences across a variety of digital products. Our team wants to understand how people naturally interact with new designs and where they might encounter friction. This feedback directly influences our upcoming product updates and feature rollouts.

You will join a remote session to review a set of questions and walk through a few simple tasks. During the session, we will ask you to share your screen and navigate through early design prototypes. We want you to speak aloud and openly share your thoughts as you complete each step. The conversation is designed to capture your honest reactions and everyday experiences.

We welcome general users, everyday consumers, and anyone who regularly uses web or mobile applications. You do not need technical expertise to participate, as we are looking for natural, everyday perspectives. Participants should be comfortable communicating their thoughts clearly and walking through tasks on their personal devices.

• Complete a few simple tasks using a provided web link
• Share your screen to walk us through your navigation choices
• Answer a set of questions about your general experiences
• Provide open, honest feedback on early product concepts

• Regular user of web or mobile applications
• Comfortable sharing your screen and speaking aloud during tasks
• Able to articulate your thoughts clearly in a remote setting
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a working microphone

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
