USAA Insurance Experience Interview

We're inviting individuals who have recently secured USAA insurance after a major life event—like purchasing a new home or signing a new lease—to participate in a paid research opportunity. Your unique perspective on the onboarding process and ongoing experience with USAA insurance is incredibly valuable to us.

During this 45-minute, AI-moderated interview, you'll be guided through a series of questions designed to capture your authentic thoughts and experiences. You'll share insights into what worked well, what was challenging, and any suggestions you might have. Please note that this session requires access to a desktop computer.

We are particularly interested in understanding your journey from property acquisition to securing your USAA homeowners or renters insurance. Your honest and detailed input will help us identify key areas for enhancement.

• Be 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States.
• Have purchased a home or signed a lease within the last two years.
• Currently use USAA for your homeowners or renters insurance.
• Be fluent in English.
• Have access to a desktop computer for the session.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
