E-Commerce Operations Specialists: Judging Order Edge Cases for AI Training

We're running a paid study on e-commerce order edge cases and business logic resolution. By analyzing complex order scenarios, we aim to build better automated decision-making workflows. Your insights will help establish foundational rules for how automated systems handle unusual order fulfillment and customer experience challenges.

During this remote session, you will review three distinct e-commerce order edge cases. For each scenario, you will judge the appropriate business action and identify any unsupported assumptions made by a baseline AI model. You will then write the smallest, most effective reusable rule for the system to learn from. The entire process focuses on translating complex human business logic into structured guidelines.

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience managing or analyzing e-commerce operations and fulfillment logic. We welcome e-commerce operations managers, business analysts, logistics coordinators, and customer experience leads. Candidates should be comfortable evaluating edge cases and translating business policies into clear, logical rules.

• Review three short e-commerce order edge cases and evaluate the situation

• Professional experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, or business analysis
• Strong understanding of business logic regarding complex order issues
• Ability to translate operational decisions into simple, structured rules
• Comfortable evaluating logic and identifying flaws in automated assumptions

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
