Strategic Projects Candidates: Initial Interview Phase

We are conducting the first interview stage for a Strategic Projects Lead role based in San Francisco. The full-time role pays $120-160k, plus performance bonuses, plus equity, plus a $15k housing bonus. The summer internship pays $40/hr. We want to identify strong candidates who can drive high-impact initiatives and cross-functional work. This conversation will help us evaluate your problem-solving approach and professional background.

You will participate in a remote video interview to discuss your prior experience managing strategic projects. We will ask you to walk through a recent complex initiative you led from inception to completion. You will respond to several scenario-based questions about resource allocation and stakeholder management. Finally, we will outline the next steps in the evaluation process and answer your initial questions.

We are looking for experienced project leaders and strategy professionals targeting roles in the San Francisco area. We welcome management consultants, operations leaders, chief of staff candidates, and senior project managers. Ideal candidates have a proven track record of guiding cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes deliverables.
