LASIK Patients: Paid Written Survey on Surgery Experience

We're running a paid study on the patient experience before, during, and after LASIK surgery. Understanding firsthand perspectives helps us evaluate how people navigate their vision correction decisions and recovery. Your personal insights will directly inform our research into consumer healthcare experiences.

You will complete a brief 5-minute written survey entirely through your browser. There is no voice call, video requirement, or microphone needed for this task. You will read a series of questions and type your answers into the provided text boxes. We expect detailed, personal responses of at least two sentences per question, drawing exclusively from your own experience rather than general internet research.

We welcome general consumers, working professionals outside the medical field, and everyday patients who have personally undergone LASIK surgery. Qualified participants must have completed their procedure at least six months ago. We do not accept applications from eye care professionals or medical experts answering on behalf of patients.

• Adult based in the United States
• Personally underwent LASIK surgery at least six months ago
• Able to provide detailed written responses about your experience
• Not currently practicing as a medical professional or eye care expert

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
