Outreach Specialists: Expert Recruitment for AI Training

This role pays:

• **$10 per hour in base compensation**
• **10% commission on the earnings of each expert you successfully refer**
• **Up to $1,000 in referral commission per expert**

There is no fixed limit on the number of experts you may refer, so total earnings will depend on your outreach performance and the number of successful candidates you bring onto the platform.

We are hiring driven outreach specialists to help expand our network of industry professionals.

Terac connects qualified experts with paid AI training, evaluation, and research projects. Your role will be to identify and engage strong candidates, explain relevant opportunities, and help interested professionals complete the initial onboarding process.

Your work will directly influence how quickly we can recruit high-quality experts for specialized projects across technical, scientific, healthcare, financial, and other professional fields.

You will conduct outbound calls to prospective experts and introduce them to relevant paid research opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling prospective candidates from provided lead lists
• Explaining project requirements, compensation, and time commitments
• Assessing candidates’ interest and potential fit
• Answering basic questions about Terac and available opportunities
• Following up with interested candidates by phone, email, or text
• Helping candidates complete the application and onboarding process
• Accurately tracking calls, outcomes, and follow-up activity

This is a fully remote role centered on high-volume phone outreach. Success requires confidence, persistence, organization, and the ability to build trust quickly.

This role is best suited for people with experience in:

• Recruiting or talent sourcing
• Sales development or appointment setting
• High-volume outbound calling
• Market research participant recruitment
• Academic or professional outreach
• Call center or inside-sales environments

You should be comfortable speaking with highly specialized professionals across a variety of industries. You must communicate clearly, handle objections professionally, and remain persistent without sounding scripted or aggressive.

Experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, expert-network recruiting, or research participant sourcing is especially valuable.

• Call prospective experts to discuss paid research and AI training opportunities
• Explain project scopes, answer questions, and gauge candidate interest
• Guide qualified candidates through the initial onboarding steps
• Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts

• Prior experience in high-volume outreach, recruiting, or sales development
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills over the phone
• Comfortable speaking with technical experts and industry professionals
• Strong organizational skills to track and manage candidate pipelines

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
