Outreach Specialists: Expert Recruitment for AI Training

We're hiring driven outreach specialists to help us expand our network of industry professionals. This role directly supports our efforts to source high-quality candidates for specialized AI training and research projects. By connecting with prospective experts, you ensure we bring the right talent into our growing platform.

You will conduct outbound calls to prospective experts to discuss upcoming research initiatives. During these conversations, you will outline the scope of the projects, gauge candidate interest, and answer any questions they might have. You will also track your outreach efforts and help candidates navigate the initial stages of joining our network. The work is entirely remote and requires excellent communication skills to build rapport quickly over the phone.

We welcome experienced recruiters, sales development representatives, and outreach specialists with a track record of high-volume calling. You should be comfortable speaking with highly specialized professionals across various technical domains. Candidates with previous experience in technical recruiting, academic outreach, or market research participant sourcing are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Call prospective experts to discuss paid research and AI training opportunities
• Explain project scopes, answer questions, and gauge candidate interest
• Guide qualified candidates through the initial onboarding steps
• Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of your outreach efforts

• Prior experience in high-volume outreach, recruiting, or sales development
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills over the phone
• Comfortable speaking with technical experts and industry professionals
• Strong organizational skills to track and manage candidate pipelines

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
