Online Shoppers: Survey on Furniture Photography and Pricing

We're running a paid study on how everyday consumers perceive furniture presented in online retail environments. Understanding how shoppers evaluate a product based on a single image helps improve digital storefronts. We want to know if current product photography clearly communicates the value and quality of the item.

You will review a single photograph of a chair from a home goods catalog. After examining the image, you will answer four short questions regarding your willingness to pay and any information you feel is missing. The entire task is asynchronous and takes approximately three minutes to complete. We ask that you provide honest, immediate reactions to the product presentation.

We welcome everyday online shoppers and consumers who occasionally browse home goods. You do not need any specialized expertise in furniture or retail to participate in this study. We are simply looking for candid feedback from typical retail customers.
