Smartphone Users: First-Person Video Recording Study
You'll start with a short screening interview
We're running a paid study on everyday human activities captured from a first-person perspective. This footage helps build robust datasets for visual recognition systems operating in dynamic, real-world environments. Capturing natural movement and routine tasks is essential for advancing these computer vision models.
You will record first-person video using your own smartphone and a basic head-mount. Participants will simply wear the mount and capture footage while going about normal daily tasks. Once recorded, you will upload the video files for our review through our secure portal. The process involves submitting segments of approved everyday activity without the need for specialized camera gear.
We are looking for everyday smartphone users who are comfortable recording their daily routines. You must have access to a reliable smartphone camera and be willing to wear a simple head-mount during your tasks. We welcome participants from all backgrounds who can capture clear, stable footage of mundane activities.
