Bank Customers: Feedback on New Account Benefits

We're running a paid study on the intersection of consumer lifestyles and financial services. We want to understand how different people manage their daily spending and what kinds of banking perks actually matter to them. You will participate in a remote conversational interview focused on your daily habits and financial routines. First, we will ask you to walk us through a typical week and how you currently manage your personal finances. Next, you will review a few early concepts for potential bank account benefits. Finally, you will provide candid feedback on which features appeal to you and why, helping us understand what drives real value.

This study is ideal for everyday banking customers who are comfortable discussing their financial habits and lifestyle choices. We welcome active users of personal checking or savings accounts who enjoy evaluating new financial products.
