During this remote session, you will review several simulated invoice scenarios involving missing supplier documentation. We will ask you to explain whether you would pay, reject, or further investigate specific bills. You will walk us through your standard compliance checklist and how you typically communicate these issues to vendors. The entire conversation takes place via an AI-moderated voice and text interface.

We are hiring finance and accounting professionals who actively manage vendor payments and invoice approvals. We welcome Accounts Payable Specialists, Finance Operations Managers, Controllers, and Bookkeepers. Candidates should have hands-on experience enforcing tax record compliance and resolving billing exceptions.

• Evaluate simulated supplier invoices with missing documentation

• Current role in accounts payable, finance operations, or bookkeeping
