Soccer Fans: Rate Audio Commentary for Blind Audiences

We're running a paid study on the quality of accessible sports broadcasting. Specifically, we are evaluating how well different styles of play-by-play commentary translate the on-field action for blind and visually impaired audiences. Your feedback helps establish better standards for inclusive sports media.

During this remote session, you will listen to several short audio clips of soccer match commentary. You will then answer a series of questions comparing the clips for accuracy, descriptive detail, and overall clarity. The platform will guide you through the audio samples and record your structured ratings. Finally, you will provide brief verbal or written reasoning for your top selections.

We welcome avid soccer fans who regularly follow professional leagues and understand the rules of the game. You must have a keen ear for detail and the ability to articulate why one descriptive style works better than another. Individuals with experience in sports media, accessibility advocacy, or personal experience with visual impairment are strongly encouraged to apply.
