B2B SaaS Sales Development Reps: Pipeline Generation Strategies

We're running a paid study on pipeline generation tactics within early-stage startup environments. Our goal is to identify which sales channels and outreach strategies effectively produce qualified opportunities. This research will help map the evolving landscape of startup sales motions.

You will participate in a remote video interview to walk us through your typical sales development workflows. We will ask you to detail your day-to-day outbound and inbound lead-generation activities. You will also evaluate different outreach channels and explain which tactics drive the highest conversion rates. The conversation will focus on your firsthand experience testing and scaling these strategies.

We are looking for current and former sales development or business development representatives with early-stage startup experience. You should have direct experience running daily outbound and inbound pipeline activities. We welcome SDRs, BDRs, and early-stage account executives who handle their own lead generation.

• Walk us through your daily outbound and inbound lead-generation workflows
• Describe the specific channels you use to generate pipeline
• Evaluate which sales tactics produce qualified opportunities versus those that underperform
• Discuss the unique challenges of building pipeline at an early-stage company

• Current or recent experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative
• Background working at early-stage B2B SaaS startups
• Hands-on experience managing daily outbound and inbound sales motions
• Comfortable discussing pipeline conversion rates and tactic effectiveness

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
