LASIK Patients: Written Interview on Recovery and Outcomes

We're running a paid study on patient outcomes following LASIK eye surgery. Our goal is to map the real-world recovery timeline and understand common post-operative experiences. Your firsthand perspective helps establish a clearer picture of what new patients can expect after their procedure.

You will participate in a remote, asynchronous written interview. We will ask you to detail your decision to get LASIK, the immediate recovery phase, and your long-term visual outcomes. You will type out your responses to a series of structured prompts at your own pace. There is no live video component required for this task.

We are looking for individuals who have personally undergone LASIK eye surgery. You should have completed your initial recovery period and be able to evaluate your final vision results clearly. We welcome patients who had standard LASIK, custom LASIK, or similar refractive procedures like PRK.

• Complete a structured written interview at your convenience
• Describe your immediate post-surgery recovery timeline in detail
• Explain any side effects or adjustments you experienced during healing
• Evaluate your overall satisfaction with your final visual outcomes

• Must have personally undergone LASIK or a similar refractive eye surgery
• Comfortable writing detailed responses about your medical experience
• Past the initial acute recovery phase of the procedure

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
