Growth Candidates: First-Stage Application Interview

We're hiring for a Growth position on our San Francisco-based team, offering both summer internship and full-time opportunities. The full-time role pays $120-160k, plus equity, plus a $15k housing bonus. The summer internship pays $40/hr. To find the best fit, we are running a paid first-stage assessment to evaluate candidate capabilities. This initial screen helps us understand how you approach growth challenges and scale operations.

You will participate in a remote interview focused on your background and strategic thinking. During the session, you will be asked to walk through previous projects and react to hypothetical growth scenarios. The conversation will flow through a series of structured questions designed to test your analytical skills. You will record your responses directly on our platform, allowing us to review your communication and problem-solving style.
