Software Professionals: Feedback on a New Task Management Tool

We are running a paid study on digital workspace organization and daily task management workflows. The goal is to understand how professionals prioritize their assignments across multiple active projects. Your feedback directly influences the next iteration of our productivity tool.

During this remote usability test, you will join a moderated video call and share your screen. We will ask you to complete a series of common project management tasks using a clickable prototype. As you navigate the interface, you will think aloud and explain your decision-making process. The session concludes with a brief survey about your overall impression of the platform's ease of use.

We welcome knowledge workers, project managers, and general software professionals who rely on digital tools daily. You should be comfortable navigating web-based applications and discussing your workflow habits. We welcome individuals across various industries, including tech, finance, marketing, and operations.
