Browse open opportunitiesSign up to TeracWe are running a paid study on the daily operations of ambulatory clinics and small medical practices. Our primary focus is understanding how referral coordination actually happens on the ground. This mapping will help us evaluate the friction points involved in specialist scheduling and prior authorizations.
This session is part of an AI training project focused on ambulatory referral coordination. You will walk through your clinic's referral process from start to finish, describing how you pull referral details from clinical notes and how you manage prior authorizations. You will also talk through the challenges you run into when scheduling with outside specialists. Your input helps train an AI model on real-world outpatient workflows, and the discussion stays focused on ambulatory topics without touching on inpatient care or revenue cycle management.
