Indian Men: Written Interview on LASIK Recovery

We're running a paid study on the patient experience during and after LASIK eye surgery. Our goal is to gather firsthand accounts of the recovery timeline, temporary side effects, and overall satisfaction with the procedure. This feedback helps build a clearer picture of real-world clinical outcomes for young adults undergoing vision correction.

You will participate in a brief written interview to document your LASIK journey from start to finish. We will ask you to detail your initial consultation, the day of the procedure, and the weeks following your surgery. You will respond to a series of open-ended text prompts about any discomfort, visual changes, or unexpected milestones during your recovery. The entire process is asynchronous, allowing you to thoughtfully complete the questions on your own device.

We are looking for young adult men residing in India who have personally undergone LASIK surgery. You should have a clear memory of your recovery process and be comfortable describing your medical experience in writing. We welcome participants with varying degrees of pre-surgery visual impairment, whether you were treated for nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism.

• Describe your immediate post-operative recovery experience, including any discomfort or visual changes
• Outline the timeline of your healing process and when you achieved final visual stability
• Provide written feedback on your overall satisfaction with the surgical outcomes

• Young adult male currently residing in India
• Have personally undergone LASIK eye surgery
• Able to provide detailed, written accounts of your medical recovery
• Willing to share honest feedback about both positive and negative aspects of the procedure

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
