HR Professionals: Evaluating Workplace Benefits Tools

We're running a paid study on the digital tools companies use to explore and evaluate workplace benefit packages. The goal is to understand how decision-makers navigate these platforms to find the right options for their teams. Your insights will directly influence how these benefit evaluation platforms are structured and designed.

During this remote session, you will walk us through how you typically evaluate new benefit offerings. We will then ask you to interact with several online benefit exploration tools while sharing your screen. As you navigate the platforms, you will share your immediate reactions to the layout, clarity, and usefulness of the information provided. Finally, we will discuss how well these tools align with your actual purchasing workflow.

This study is designed for professionals who are actively involved in selecting or managing employee benefits for their organization. We welcome HR managers, benefits administrators, people operations leaders, and small business owners. Candidates should have recent experience researching or purchasing corporate benefit plans.

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
