B2B SaaS Product Marketing Managers: Job Search Workflow Evaluation

We're running a paid study on the job search and prioritization process for mid-level marketing professionals. We want to understand the exact criteria and workflows candidates use when evaluating new career opportunities in the B2B SaaS space. Your feedback will directly inform how we design and structure a new methodology guide for role evaluation.

During this remote session, you will use a live screen recording tool to navigate a simulated job search workflow. We will ask you to evaluate several open job descriptions and talk aloud about how you prioritize them. You will react to different role requirements, company profiles, and growth metrics while sharing your screen. The process will capture your real-time decision-making from initial review to final ranking.

We are looking for mid-level Product Marketing Managers who currently work in the B2B SaaS sector. You should be comfortable assessing complex job descriptions and articulating what makes a role attractive or unappealing. We welcome PMMs, Growth Marketers, and Product Marketing Leads with a strong grasp of the SaaS ecosystem.

• Navigate a live screen recording workflow while evaluating open job roles.
• Talk aloud through your decision-making process for prioritizing different career opportunities.
• Assess various B2B SaaS marketing job descriptions based on your professional experience.
• Provide candid feedback on the usability of the job evaluation methodology.

• Current or recent experience as a mid-level Product Marketing Manager
• Direct experience working within the B2B SaaS industry
• Comfortable sharing your screen and thinking aloud during a recorded session
• Familiarity with evaluating technical and marketing job requirements

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
