Consumers: Paid Interview on Digital Shopping Experiences

We are running a paid study on consumer habits in modern digital shopping environments. We want to understand what drives purchasing decisions, how users evaluate product information, and what friction points exist during checkout. Your insights will help shape better online experiences for everyone.

You will participate in a remote AI-moderated interview from your own computer or mobile device. During the session, you will be asked to walk us through a recent online purchase you made. You will answer a series of questions about your decision process and react to common storefront layouts. The entire conversation flows naturally through a guided voice or text interface.

We welcome frequent online shoppers, digital consumers, and anyone who regularly buys goods on the internet. You should be comfortable discussing your personal shopping habits and evaluating digital interfaces. We are especially interested in people who use both mobile and desktop platforms for their purchases.
