Devoted Health Medicare Advantage Members: Interview on Plan Experience

We're running a paid study on the patient experience within specialized Medicare Advantage networks. The goal is to understand how well these plans support individual healthcare needs and where the member journey can improve. Your feedback will help evaluate the effectiveness of current plan structures.

During this remote interview, you will walk us through your experience selecting and using your Medicare Advantage benefits. We will ask you to describe how you navigate care options, manage claims, and interact with member support. You will also have the opportunity to highlight what works well and what could be streamlined. The conversation is fully moderated and focuses on your personal healthcare journey.

We are seeking adults who are currently enrolled in, or have previously held, a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan. We welcome participants who manage their own healthcare coverage as well as those who assist family members with their plans. Familiarity with navigating medical benefits and provider networks is highly relevant.

• Detail your experience enrolling in and using a Medicare Advantage plan
• Walk us through a recent interaction with your healthcare provider or plan support
• Discuss the benefits and challenges of your specific coverage
• Provide feedback on how the plan supports your overall health and wellness

• Current or former member of a Devoted Health Medicare Advantage plan
• Comfortable discussing personal healthcare coverage and plan navigation
• Familiar with managing medical benefits or assisting a family member with their care
• Willing to participate in a remote, AI-moderated interview

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
• Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
