Our goal is to train models to communicate with a more conversational, human-like tone rather than producing stiff or robotic answers. Your edits will directly shape how conversational models interact with users in everyday scenarios.
You will be presented with a series of short user prompts alongside the corresponding AI-generated responses. Your task is to carefully read both and rewrite the AI's output to make it sound natural, engaging, and human-like. You will complete this work asynchronously on your desktop using a remote testing platform. The flow involves reading, editing, and occasionally providing brief rationales for your stylistic choices.
We welcome professional writers, copy editors, content strategists, and AI data annotators with a sharp eye for tone. You need a strong command of conversational English and the ability to spot awkward phrasing quickly. Candidates with previous experience in RLHF, prompt engineering, or AI response rating are highly encouraged to apply.
