General Consumers: 10-Minute Interview on Everyday Digital Tasks

We're running a paid study on how people navigate standard digital interfaces and complete everyday online tasks. The goal is to gather candid feedback on what works well and where typical experiences fall short. Your input helps us refine these common workflows for broader audiences.

You will join a remote video call and answer a set of foundational questions about your habits. From there, you will complete a few simple digital tasks while sharing your screen. We will ask you to think aloud and openly share your reactions to the interfaces you are shown. The session concludes with a brief open discussion where you can summarize your thoughts on the overall experience.

We welcome everyday consumers, active digital users, and individuals across various backgrounds. You need to be comfortable navigating standard digital tasks and articulating your thought process out loud. We encourage participation from general internet users, tech-savvy individuals, and casual daily browsers alike.
