Trust and Safety Professionals: Review Business Verification Calls

We're running a paid study on the verification processes used for small trades businesses. Accurate assessment of business legitimacy is critical for maintaining healthy marketplaces and financial platforms. This research helps us understand the specific red flags and signals professionals look for when reviewing commercial profiles.

You will read a short, redacted summary of a consented call with a synthetic small trades business owner. After reviewing the transcript, you will answer three targeted questions about the interaction. You will then submit a final verdict of verified, concerns, or fail based on your analysis along with your reasoning. The entire evaluation takes about 10 minutes to complete.

We welcome Trust and Safety Specialists, Business Underwriters, Risk Analysts, and Fraud Investigators. You should have experience evaluating business profiles, reviewing transcripts, or assessing risk for commercial entities. Professionals who routinely make verification or compliance decisions will find this task highly relevant.
