What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on user navigation patterns across common digital dashboards. Our goal is to identify points of friction in everyday software workflows to improve overall layout logic. This research directly informs how we structure menus and information hierarchy moving forward.

How It Works

You will join a remote video call to review a series of early design prototypes. We will ask you to complete standard tasks, like locating specific settings or finding account details, while sharing your screen. During the session, you will talk through your thought process and react to the interface choices. The conversation flows naturally as you explore the concepts and provide honest impressions.

Who This Is For

We are looking for regular users of cloud-based software tools or administrative dashboards. You should be comfortable navigating web applications and articulating your experience as you use them. We welcome professionals across various industries who rely on digital tools for daily administrative tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Review early design prototypes of a software dashboard.
  • Complete guided navigation tasks while sharing your screen.
  • Talk aloud to explain your thought process during each step.
  • Provide honest feedback on menu structures and interface layouts.
Who Should Apply
  • Frequent user of web-based software or administrative tools.
  • Comfortable sharing your screen on a remote video call.
  • Able to articulate your thought process clearly while navigating.
  • Available for a focused, uninterrupted feedback session.
Contract & Payment Terms
  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are processed weekly based on services rendered.
  • We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
