We're running a paid study on the reliability of a new e-commerce checkout flow. Getting this right is critical for ensuring smooth customer experiences during high-traffic shopping periods. We want to identify any friction points or errors before the software goes live.

You will open a provided link to a test checkout page on your browser. Next, you will attempt to complete a mock purchase using test data. Finally, you will report back to us on exactly what happened during the process, noting any errors or unexpected behavior. No real payment details or personal information will be required at any point.

We welcome anyone with basic experience shopping online or navigating e-commerce sites. You just need to be comfortable following simple instructions and reporting your observations clearly. Everyday internet users and frequent online shoppers are both a great fit for this task.
