Smartphone Users: Paid Usability Test for a Mobile Sync Flow

We're running a paid study on the reliability and user experience of a new mobile sync feature. Our goal is to observe how the sync flow performs across different devices and operating systems when handling standard test inputs. This work directly supports improvements to the overall mobile experience and data synchronization accuracy.

You will use your own personal iPhone or Android device to complete a controlled mobile sync check. During the session, you will be provided with fake test data to use, ensuring that no real personal information or credentials are ever entered. You must follow the provided instructions exactly step by step without retrying, refreshing, or going back. The entire process requires running the sync action exactly one time to capture accurate first-attempt results.

We welcome everyday smartphone users who own and operate either an iPhone or an Android device. You should be comfortable following strict, step-by-step technical instructions on a mobile interface. Participants must be willing to use provided test data rather than their own personal information during the session.
