What the new flow looks like
- Basic information - Name, phone number, and language
- Phone verification - Quick SMS verification
- Connect profiles - Link your LinkedIn, and any other professional profiles
- Identity verification - Upload a government ID through Stripe Identity
- Done - You're verified and can start earning
Onboarding interview
Once you're verified, you'll have a short conversation with our AI interviewer about your professional background and areas of expertise. This helps us match you to the right opportunities from day one. You won't be eligible for paid opportunities until this is complete.
Finish your profile
A progress tracker on your dashboard shows what's left to complete - your onboarding interview, resume, availability, and referral setup. Experts with complete profiles earn significantly more because we can match them to a wider range of opportunities.
All new experts go through the updated onboarding. Existing experts can update their profiles anytime from Settings.
