Instant payouts the moment you're approved
You used to wait for a payment batch to run before your earnings landed. Not anymore.
The instant you complete a study and your submission is approved, your payout is triggered automatically. No waiting for a weekly cycle, no wondering when the money is coming. Approved work turns into available earnings right away.

A redesigned Opportunities page
Finding work that fits you should be effortless. We rebuilt the Opportunities experience from the ground up.
You can now see every opportunity available to you in one place, with clear sections for studies you can apply to directly and studies you can earn from by referring someone else. No more guessing what you qualify for.
Each opportunity now leads with a single, clear pay headline instead of a confusing range, so you know exactly what you'll earn at a glance.
Clearer, fairer pay
Different studies pay in different ways, and we now show that honestly.
When a study has a known guide length, we automatically convert the incentive into an hourly rate so you can compare opportunities fairly and pick the work that's worth your time. Pay frequency, whether a study is one-time, hourly, or per-task, is now consistent everywhere you see it: on opportunity cards, in emails, and on the apply page.
More ways to earn by referring
The best experts know other great experts, and referring them just got easier and more rewarding.
A new Earn-by-Referring carousel surfaces studies where you can earn a commission for bringing in the right person. You can refer and copy a personal link straight from any opportunity card, and the link you share now generates a personalized preview card so it looks great wherever you post it. Some studies also carry higher, per-study referral commissions.

Expert Office Hours
Sometimes you just want to talk to a real person. Now you can.
We introduced Office Hours, dedicated time to connect with the Terac team. Look for the Office Hours pill in your account to book a slot, ask questions about your profile or earnings, and share feedback on what we should build next.
A faster, friendlier apply flow
Applying to a study should take seconds, not feel like paperwork.
We made several improvements to the apply experience:
- A new Get Ready checklist walks you through everything you need before you join the interview room, so nothing catches you off guard.
- Agreement steps are now a quick type-to-confirm instead of a wall of checkboxes.
- We defer the camera prompt until you actually click Start, so your camera only turns on when you're ready.
- When you apply to a paid interview, we now email you your interview link right away so it's always easy to find.
A new Expert Help Center
Questions about verification, your profile, or getting paid now have a home.
We launched a dedicated Expert Help Center with grouped navigation and clear, searchable articles covering onboarding, verification, opportunities, and payouts. It's the fastest way to get unstuck without waiting on a reply.
Phone verification and more countries supported
We made it easier to verify your account and expanded where you can participate from.
Phone verification is now quicker and more reliable, and we added support for new countries, including Armenia and Rwanda, so more experts around the world can join studies and get paid.
