Introducing Assessments

Until now, every opportunity checked your expertise on its own. Apply to a few opportunities in your field and you could sit a new screening for each one, answering questions about the same skills again.

Assessments change that. You take an assessment once, and your answer counts for every opportunity that asks for it.

How it works

An assessment is real work from your field, like a case to solve or a model to build, the same kind of work the opportunities behind it are about. It shows how you actually work: how you approach a problem, the judgment you bring and the quality of what you deliver.

Each assessment is tied to the opportunities that need that skill, so one answer speaks for you across all of them.

Why it helps you

  • You apply faster. When an opportunity asks for an assessment you've already submitted, that step goes straight to review with the answer you gave. You don't take it again.
  • We get to know your expertise. Your answer shows the Terac team what you're great at, through real work in your field.
  • It keeps counting. New opportunities that ask for the same assessment use your answer too.

Each opportunity still looks at your fit on its own, so submitting an assessment doesn't get you into an opportunity by itself.

Where to find it

Select Exams in the menu on the left to open your assessments. Each one shows how many open opportunities require it.
