Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 8, 2026
At Terac Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," and "our"), we are committed to making our websites and products accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA wherever possible.
While we recognize that not every component of our sites may fully meet Level AA at all times, we are continually reviewing, testing, and making improvements to enhance accessibility. Our goal is to provide a positive and inclusive experience for all users, and we take accessibility into account at every stage of our design and development process.
Our approach
- Using semantic HTML, proper heading structures, and clear navigation.
- Providing text alternatives for non-text content.
- Ensuring our sites are usable with a keyboard.
- Designing for clear readability and color contrast.
- Supporting screen readers and other assistive technologies.
- Respecting user preferences such as reduced motion and high-contrast modes.
Standards we follow
We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C. We also incorporate guidance from the Authoring Tool Accessibility Guidelines (ATAG) and platform-specific best practices for the operating systems and browsers our users rely on.
Compatibility
Our websites are designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and common assistive technologies, including screen readers (such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS), screen magnifiers, and voice-control software. Some legacy browsers or assistive technologies may not fully support all features.
Ongoing improvements
We see accessibility as an ongoing commitment, not a one-off task. We regularly audit our sites, run automated and manual tests, and incorporate feedback from people with disabilities to identify and fix issues. Accessibility considerations are built into our design reviews, code reviews, and release processes.
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, some parts of our sites and products may not yet be fully accessible. Where we are aware of limitations, we work to remediate them as quickly as reasonably practicable and to provide alternative ways to access the same information or functionality.
Feedback and contact
If you have difficulty accessing any part of our site, encounter an accessibility barrier, or would like to share suggestions for improvement, please get in touch. We welcome your feedback and will do our best to provide the information or service you need in an accessible format.
You can reach us at accessibility@terac.com. When reporting an issue, it helps if you can include the URL of the page, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you have the right to contact the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. We will work in good faith with any inquiry to resolve outstanding issues.
