Monitoring Recruitment
The Recruitment tab within each opportunity shows:
- Active sourcing channels and their status
- Number of experts reached, applied, and qualified
- Recruitment link performance
- Filter match counts (how many experts in the panel match your criteria)
You can pause and resume individual channels, adjust filters, and update participant caps while the opportunity is active.
