View transaction history, per-opportunity costs, and credit purchase receipts.

The Billing page in your organization settings provides a complete view of all financial transactions.

Transaction History

The credit transactions table shows every financial event:

TypeTop-up, opportunity deduction, or refund
AmountCredits added or deducted
BalanceRunning credit balance after the transaction
OpportunityWhich opportunity the deduction applies to (if applicable)

Per-Opportunity Costs

You can view costs broken down by opportunity to understand where your credits are going:

  • Total spent per opportunity
  • Number of approved participants
  • Average cost per participant
  • Remaining budget vs. cap

Usage Analytics

The Billing page also includes usage trends:

  • Credit spend over time
  • Opportunities launched per month
  • Participants approved per month

These analytics help you plan budgets and forecast future credit needs.

Receipts

Credit top-up payments processed through Stripe generate receipts that are available in your Stripe billing portal. Contact your organization admin if you need access.
