Invoices
View transaction history, per-opportunity costs, and credit purchase receipts.
The Billing page in your organization settings provides a complete view of all financial transactions.
Transaction History
The credit transactions table shows every financial event:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the transaction occurred |
| Type | Top-up, opportunity deduction, or refund |
| Amount | Credits added or deducted |
| Balance | Running credit balance after the transaction |
| Opportunity | Which opportunity the deduction applies to (if applicable) |
Per-Opportunity Costs
You can view costs broken down by opportunity to understand where your credits are going:
- Total spent per opportunity
- Number of approved participants
- Average cost per participant
- Remaining budget vs. cap
Usage Analytics
The Billing page also includes usage trends:
- Credit spend over time
- Opportunities launched per month
- Participants approved per month
These analytics help you plan budgets and forecast future credit needs.
Receipts
Credit top-up payments processed through Stripe generate receipts that are available in your Stripe billing portal. Contact your organization admin if you need access.
