Recruitment Links
Create and share direct links to recruit participants from your own audience.
Recruitment links let you share a direct URL that brings participants straight to your opportunity. Use them when you have access to a specific audience you want to recruit from.
How Recruitment Links Work
Each recruitment link is a unique URL tied to your opportunity. When someone clicks the link, they're taken to the opportunity application flow where they can sign up (if needed) and apply.
Recruitment links bypass the normal discovery process. Participants do not need to browse Terac's opportunity listings to find your opportunity.
Creating a Link
Open the Recruitment tab
Navigate to your opportunity and open the Recruitment tab.
Generate a link
Click Create Link to generate a new recruitment URL. You can create multiple links for different audiences or channels.
Share the link
Copy the URL and share it through your preferred channel: email, social media, Slack, newsletters, or any other distribution method.
Link Configuration
Each link can be configured with:

| Name | A label for your reference (e.g., "LinkedIn Campaign", "Email Blast") |
| Participant cap | Maximum number of participants through this specific link |
Tracking Performance
The Recruitment tab shows metrics for each link:
- Number of clicks
- Number of applications started
- Number of qualified participants
- Conversion rate
Use these metrics to identify which distribution channels are most effective.
Use Cases
- Email campaigns - include the link in outreach to your existing contacts
- Social media - share on LinkedIn, Twitter, or community forums
- Partner distribution - give the link to partners who can recruit from their networks
- In-app messaging - embed the link in your own product to recruit users as participants
- Event follow-up - share after conferences or webinars
